WestLAN were awarded the IT Fibre and Copper cabling contract for the new Moxy Hotel in Sackville Place Dublin. The 158-room hotel is situated close to O’Connell Street in the heart of Dublin City.
Located behind the former Clery’s department store, the new 7-storey Moxy Hotel involved the refurbishment of the original 1970’s 4-storey office block to create a new boutique hotel. The hotel will be operated by the Marriott Group under their Moxy Hotel brand.
WestLAN completed the ICT Structured cabling for Irelands first ever Hyatt hotel, a 234-bedroom ‘lifestyle’ property developed by the Hodson Bay Group in Dublin’s Liberties.
Construction of the new hotel cost in the region of €50 million and is situated opposite St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Dublin. Hyatt Centric is a lifestyle brand competing with the likes of Marriott’s Renaissance and Intercontinental’s Kimpton Hotels in “prime” city centre locations around the world.
